boba:3 is a cozy kawaii merge game for iPhone and iPad. drop bouncy pearls, watch them squish together with soft-body physics, and grow a tiny family of animals — mice, hamsters, bunnies, cats, pigs, bears, elephants, and whales.

how do you play boba:3?

tap to drop a pearl. two matching animals that touch merge into the next animal up. fill the cup and it spills — but a rare pearl can clear space and bring the run back. simple to learn, calming to play, with a tiny purple cat watching everything you do.

who are the special friends?

rare pearls that do something other than merge: they clear space, open a path, or otherwise change the shape of a run that looked finished. they are the reason a full cup is not always a lost cup.

how is boba:3 different from suika game or the watermelon game?

if you found boba:3 searching for a suika game alternative, the difference is that boba:3 is built around recovery. in most merge games a full container ends the run. in boba:3 a full cup is a situation you can play your way out of. you also unlock flavors that re-theme the entire game, and the pace is cozy rather than tense. it's a merge game you play to relax, not to sweat.

how do you play?

what makes it different?

most merge games only let u add on top of the pile, slowly approaching ur demise. here, u can get special friends to help u and create a shift in the cup in different, unexpected ways, so u never get the same run twice

can i lose?

yeah, if the cup spills, that run's over. but u still got a bit closer to unlocking more flavors. it's the softest game over u've ever seen, and ur back in one tap :3

is it luck?

u can always see what's coming next, so u've got something to plan around. the special friends are the surprise, not the whole game.
